Vegetable Appetizers
Crunchy Roast Cauliflower
SPICE LEVEL: MILD
Ingredients
2 tablespoons Mild Curry Paste
2 tablespoons light olive oil
2 heaping tablespoons of soft white bread crumbs
1 head of cauliflower, broken into florets
Method
Heat the Mild Curry Paste while whisking in the olive oil.
Heat for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
In large bowl, mix all the ingredients together and spread out on a baking sheet for a single layer.
Roast for 35-45 minutes until crunchy and starting to colour around the edges.
Add salt & pepper to taste if required. *Sprinkle with finely chopped cilantro and/or green onion if desired.
