Curried Potato Wedges

Vindaloo Curry Paste

Ingredients

12 pre-cooked potato wedges
1 tbsp Vindaloo Paste
3 tbsp Stanislaus Pizzaletto Sauce

Method

1. Mix together the vindaloo and Pizzaletto sauce
2. Toss with the wedges with the sauce to coat well
3. Bake at 400F until browned
