Salmon Tikka Salad
SPICE LEVEL: MEDIUM
Ingredients
600g - Fresh Salmon Diced 2” / fillet
100g - Tikka Masala paste
2 tbsp - Ginger/ Garlic Paste
150g - Yogurt full fat
3 tbsps. - Fresh chopped coriander
2tbsps. - Lemon juice –
Sugar – Pinch
Pappadum Crouton
Method
1. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix using a whisk.
2. Add salmon diced / fillet, cover and keep in the fridge for about 45 minutes.
3. Cook in the oven with the grill on if possible for 6- 7 minutes.
4. Serve with lemon wedge and salad.
