Vindaloo Chicken on a Pita
SPICE LEVEL: MILD
Ingredients
3 oz Vindaloo Sauce
1 piece Boneless skinless chicken breast
3 oz Blue cheese
3 sliced ½ inch Sliced tomato
Shaved deep fried onion
2 tbsp Corn starch
2 tbsp All-purpose flour
Method
Mix cornstarch and flour in a mixing bowl. Coat onions in the flour mixture and fry in a deep fryer for 3 minutes at 375⁰. Remove onions from deep fryer, season with salt and pepper. Grill chicken on medium high heat until chicken is done. Spread on pita the PATAK’S Vindaloo Sauce, Place cooked sliced chicken breast. Add sliced tomatoes, and crumbled blue cheese. Bake in the oven for 5 minutes at 325⁰. Add deep fried onions and serve.
